If you’re seeking to raise funds for your group or organization, consider selling local, Iowa-made products from Pasta of the Prairie. We make it easy to get started, and you’ll keep 40% of sales. We’ve partnered with:

How Fundraising Works

  1. Determine the start and end dates of your fundraiser.

  2. Decide whether you want to sell in-person, online, or both.

  3. We’ll create a customized flyer and order forms. If you want to sell online, you’ll also get a link to check the status of your online orders.

  4. After your fundraiser ends, we ship your orders to you for free. To make distribution easy, we pre-sort the orders and provide heavy duty bags. Customers who choose to pay for shipping online will receive their products directly to their homes.

  5. Your organization receives 40% of all sales

FAQ’s

  • We have years of experience working with all kinds of groups—non-profits, daycares/early learning centers, preschools, private schools, student trips, sports clubs, dance studios, and more. We would be happy to provide references!

  • There is no cost or order minimum! The fundraiser is free to set up, and your group keeps 40% of what you sell.

  • If you’re making sales in-person, you’ll collect payment when each order is placed (we ask that checks be made to your organization). You’ll keep 40% of your sales and pay us whatever you’ve collected over that amount (you may pay via check or an online invoice).

    If you’re collecting sales online, we will write a check to you and deliver it at the time we deliver your orders.
    If you sell both online and in-person, we’ll reconcile the difference and determine whether money is owed to us, or whether we owe you.

  • All online orders go through our website. At check-out, customers indicate that their order is a fundraiser and specify the organization and/or child that the funds are for. We also create an online spreadsheet and share access with you so you’re able to keep track of online sales throughout your fundraiser.

  • At the end of the fundraiser, we will ship or deliver your orders to you for free. We pre-sort the products within the boxes so they are grouped together by order number/student/seller, to save you time prior to distribution. We also provide heavy duty plastic bags and printed order sheets to assist you with putting together the orders for pick-up. If you choose to accept orders online, customers will have the option to pay for shipping directly to their home. These orders will be shipped immediately versus at the end of the fundraiser. 

  • We ask for a week’s notice, but we could get a fundraiser started sooner, if needed. Reach out to us and let us know your needs and we’ll try to work with your schedule.

    • The name of your fundraising group or purpose

    • Whether you’d like to collect orders in-person, online, or both
