Inspect your order upon arrival
Please review your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Returns & refunds
Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns once they have been shipped and received.
We offer a 30-day refund policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a refund. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
