Our cheesy Cheddar Soup mix is a crowd-pleaser that can be made two ways: as a tasty cheeseburger soup or a fun twist on a broccoli cheese soup (the garlic pasta makes all the difference!). No matter how you make it, it is delicious!

Cooking Instructions
To make the Cheeseburger Soup version you’ll need:
2 1/2 cups milk
2 1/2 cups water
1 lb ground beef
1 cup chopped carrots
Instructions:
Brown hamburger in a medium stock pot and drain excess grease.
Add milk and water to the pot and whisk in the cheese mix until completely dissolved.
Add pasta and carrots. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes or until pasta and carrots are tender, stirring every couple minutes. If soup starts to boil, lower the heat to a simmer.
To make the Broccoli Cheese Soup version you’ll need:
2 1/2 cups milk
2 1/2 cups water
3 cups chopped broccoli (raw or frozen)
Instructions:
Add milk and water to the pot and whisk in the cheese mix until completely dissolved.
Add pasta and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring regularly. Add broccoli and cook 10 more minutes, or until broccoli and pasta are tender. If soup starts to boil, lower the heat to a simmer.
